Yep, but try to find the modem available thru any retail channel.  It ain't 
available anywhere - except for perhaps the sysop program.  And since the 
notice you are talking about is a robot that hasn't been updated in many, 
many months, perhaps it's not even available thru the Sysop Deal anymore.
It is/was a damn fine modem, but just can't be purchased anymore by mere 
mortals.
