Alright, I accept he was a scofflaw. Now let me pose an ethical question for
you:
Let's say you were middle-aged, generally in excellent health, your hearing
was within normal limits, you're stinking rich, and have a history of DUIs,
though you've been sober for at least a couple of years, and never flew after
drinking in any case. You own a couple of aircraft. The FAA has pulled your
medical because of your history of DUIs.
Would you sneak a flight on a pretty day?
