KK> The creationist sources you are accessing are referring to findings
KK> from nearly a century ago. Most of what we know about the hominids
KK> has been learned in the last 20 years or so.
We have seen some rather dramatic examples of it taking longer
than 20 years for Evolutionists to give up on their support for
the transitional status of some hominid fossils.
KK> Fossilization is an extremely rare process.
Too bad for you. "Rare" means a more random sample which
means a better picture of the history of life. So, of the
billion of identified fossils, why are so few even alleged
to be transitional?
KK> Good question. Apes are apparently better adapted to their
KK> jungle environment than we are, which is probably why it's
KK> only been in our century that they're becoming threatened.
Apes became threatened because the white man introduced
African-Africans (heh) to an abundant supply of guns and
medicine. Before this century, Apes didn't have to worry much
about spears tossed by populations which remained small in spite
of astronomical conception rates.
KK> Neandertals were
KK> roughly twice as strong as H. sap.
We have their bench press results?
KK> Why does evolution favor weak humans? Well, it doesn't.
KK> Evolution favors whatever creature can adapt well to its
KK> environment.
With such truisms, you won't need to appeal to the evidence.
