I've discussed the issue with him before. By default, all mail for
"Hold" flagged systems goes to that systems's host (in his case,
the RC-10). Roy complained that netmail I routed to him didn't get to him
because he didn't want to poll his host. I told him it's his responsibility
to poll her regularly if he wants to fly the Hold flag; otherwise he should
change his listing.
