-> Turns out that today is second day of a 2-day sale at Sears -
-> They have a digital multimeter for half price $10 vs. $20. If you can't
-> get out, they _may_ have it available on sale at sears website?

As usual the dog gets priority.
Soon.

-> I got lucky - they were out of the sale model at the local Sears, so
-> they substituted another model so I got a $25 one for $10. This one
-> came with a separate AC voltage detector, which I've been wanting.
-> Those things are some kind of magic - - can detect if 125VAC is present
-> even when no current is flowing thru the conductor.

I used to have to put ferrite beads on high gain op-amps to
filter that out, and they'd pickup radio signals too
without the beads on inputs!
