Please do. It would shut up those like Michiel, who wish to ignore the fact
that (yes, even his) mailer may easily be configured to not dial a
particular string. If you make a utility that will accept the nodelist as
input and will look for 000-* in the phone number field and then create an
output nodelist where all those listings are translated to Pvt,
-Unpublished-, then you will save all those lazy and technically inept POTS
nodes (who the ION's are being asked to accomodate) the tedious task of
actually /learning/ how to properly configure their POTS mailer software,
and we will have finally have peace by allowing ION's to list without the
Pvt kludge.
