I am using NAT on the gateway machine. Any computer I hook up to it accesses the internet through the gateway's injoy and modem. Well almost... Before I hooked up my wifes computer, she was running win98 and I had Mcaffee firewall installed there. Forgot about it and set up the networking with msclient. Didn't work at all as the firewall wouldn't allow access onto the network. I messed it up worse so finally said heck with it and switched her over to OS2. Much better! I haven't set up my gateway to wake on lan and autodial so if I'm not home, have it shut down and she wants to check her email, she'll have to dial out on her computer. This is when the delay appears. I definitely like the Injoy NAT, as all my ports and network is invisible to the outside. Stealth!
