Full results of all testing can be viewed at: http://madmail.ods.org/fidotest.htm

MelMail (v1.00i3), like other Binkley Style mailers will dial 011 by default,
then nothing afterwards when -Unpublished- is encountered without the Pvt
keyword in a nodelisting. Melmail acts the same for V7 and V6 compiled
format. There a no configurable keywords in MelMail's config file to
prevent dialing, however, alternate nodelist compilers may have such
settings. Further testing of those compilers is required.

Opus (v1.79) when used with Qnode (v2.07) V7 compiled nodelist will refuse to
call any nodes when -Unpublished- without Pvt listings are encountered. Opus'
log file reads: ! 07 Jul 21:12:18 OPUS Can't dial Madmail Hub,`011-Unpublished
Opus also contains a "MINIMUM Baud" Keyword in it's BBS.CTL file,
which will allow it's users to configure 300 Baud listings as undialable.

Portal of Power's nodelist compiler (V0.63B-9-GPT07) compiles -Unpublished-
without Pvt listings without error. POP by default will dial 011 then nothing
else when it encounters -Unpublished- in field six without Pvt. Using the
Nodelist Compiler and Modem Setup sections of POP's config, one can prevent a
dialing attempt based on a user specified nodelist flag. Current or future
nodelist flags can be configured in this way. Dial translation of the
"modem type" (based on the flag string) to "-" dial
string effectively prevents any attempt to dial. POP eventually times out
on the attempt.

SGMail's nodelist compiler (v3.00) compiles -Unpublished- without Pvt listings
without error. SGMail will not attempt to poll any node that has -Unpublished-
listed in field six without the Pvt keyword.
