| subject: | Speed - OS/2 Pascal compiler |
Hello Michael! MH> Hi, MH> Anybody else been playing with Speed-386 Pascal compiler for MH> OS/2 ? I just grabbed the archive "SPDOS2.ZIP" and haven't MH> had much luck. I can start up the IDE and load a file, but it MH> only loads it partially and if I try and use the scroll bar, MH> etc. it aborts and comes back with a SYS3175 (?) error. Just MH> curious if anybody else has had any success using it and MH> maybe a hint or too. The english docs are minimal and the MH> help is all german. It all seems pretty straight-forward but MH> I must be missing something. Yes, I had the same things. With me the IDE jumps to the OS/2-commandline from which I started SPEED.EXE up. I cannot do any editing (that is, hardly) because I cant move the cursor without jumping to another window. I surely hope they fixed many things, like these and get the final version to be distributed.
