Hello Marc,
 You watch too much TV action movies. The bad guys down here for the
part only use 38 specials or maybe a worthless 9mm. Less then one half
of a percent use the big stuff. 15" "deck" guns would really be too 
big. Ha... Plus most of our bad guys really are poor shots.
 51th state. Sorry our stupid government caused any problems up there.
We don't like it any better down here either.
 Try 46.10 mhz sometime. 5 Local fire depts still use it down here. I
normally hear lots of skip on it. Makes for some fine listening at times.
