It seems that CH_A.ARJ DOES include the help file patches because on Watcom's
BBS, C_A.ZIP contains the patches without help patches and CH_A.ZIP that
includes online help patches.  Unless you've renamed C_A.ZIP to CH_A.ARJ,
you should have the patches for the help files.

Maybe you chose the option to leave the help files on the CD in which case
they are not updated.
