First of all, it's got nothing to do with lousy lines, as there are EC
modems on either side of the lines. If errors are getting through to your
app, it's likely due to something else, e.g. a modem bug, or a serial port
bug, or a windows bug or a telix bug etc. There is nothing I can do about
any of those things, as they are all likely to be at your end. Otherwise
everyone would have the same problem, as the connects are all the same to
me (except for potential modem bugs). BFN. Paul.
