One solution would be to run chkdsk from a boot disk or boot CD with the up
to date chkdsk program.

You could even used a Warp 4 CP2 boot CD, simply press F3 when it requests
the second CD, this gets you to a command prompt, now put the second CD in
and find chkdsk on it (i think somewhere under the os2image directory) do a
DIR /S to find it.
