By Jove! That's completely false. First of all, under OS2 you always can see
and write to a DOS partition. Furthermore, if the OS2 partition is FAT, plain
Dos can read and write to it. If your OS2 partition is HPFS, Dos, can read
and write to it with the help of some drivers (not a very good option, OK).
Anyway, while in OS2, you can read and write Dos-applications as you like it,
even when these DosProgs are on HPFS. And thats's the best choice by far
away. Hitherto I never have encountered a DosProg that wouldn't work under
OS2 & HPFS.

I think you'd better look for some hardcopy manuals. I do think your
knowledge realle needs some update.
