Of course! And it was only slightly tongue in cheek on that. The
trouble with heat pumps is their inability to deal with cold climates.
Otherwise they'd be a lot more common here in the rust/snow belt.
It may well be that a different exchange medium than a freon will
make that possible. I would certainly like to have something other
than that fuel-oil-eating beast in the basement!
