Hello, Wayne. -=> WAYNE CHIRNSIDE wrote to ROY J. TELLASON <=- WC> I know I was shocked at how bad it was and still worked. Turns out that today is second day of a 2-day sale at Sears - They have a digital multimeter for half price $10 vs. $20. If you can't get out, they _may_ have it available on sale at sears website? I got lucky - they were out of the sale model at the local Sears, so they substituted another model so I got a $25 one for $10. This one came with a separate AC voltage detector, which I've been wanting. Those things are some kind of magic - - can detect if 125VAC is present even when no current is flowing thru the conductors. - - - JimH. ... "Bother!" said Pooh, as he realized his entire 'puter system is obsolete. --- MultiMail/MS-DOS v0.32* Origin: Try Our Web Based QWK: DOCSPLACE.ORG (1:123/140) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 123/140 500 106/2000 633/267 |
