 Hi Carol. Lonfg time no See. Althoug my Friend Joe N keeps me updated
about your goings on's once in a while.

But that would be a "Capacitor" that can hold a charge for quite a
while and get your attention if yuo stick your fingers in the wrong
places. And because of the Very High Voltages used with CRT's it can be
a real attention getter.
