I would recommend the SupraFAXModem 33k6 internal or external, depending on 
which model you want. It has all basic functions a V34 modem should have plus 
a couple of nice additions (silent answering, addaptive answering etc), as 
well as NVRAM. You can also get the SupraSonic, but
1) it coests a lot more
2) there's no sysop deal available for it yet
3) you probably don't need all the extra bells and wistles it has compared to 
the standard SFM.
