Beats me. About wich config.sys are you talking here? Certainly not the
config.sys in the OS2 boot-root. Or do you mean the Session Dos-proporties?
In a way you are right then, because these setting are some kind of
config.sys. Nevertheless, putting it in that way is rather confusing, you
know?
