Hi Chris
-=> Quoting Christopher Greaves to Barbara Hazen <=-
CG> I make trees out of candle wax, they burn something beautiful. I
CG> think I posted the recipes here about four months ago. Who is the
CG> host, and would he/she/it mind if I reposted them?
I would really like any recipes. I have tried making scented candles in
babyfood jars. They always sink in the middle. If you have any
suggestions, I would really appreciate them. I made the others for our
Church craft sale and I got given everyone's leftover ones. So I am
looking for something to do with them. Remember when thinking, I can't
see what or where I'm going with the hot wax.
CG> Jams from fruit. Any fruit. I used to shop at a store where the
CG> owner GAVE me slightly-damaged fruit that he couldn't leave on
CG> the display.
Sounds good.
CG> nothing at all to the mint tea. A teaspoon of crushed dried
CG> leaves in a tea-strainer, boiling water poured through, and off
CG> to bed. No sugar, no honey.
I have another question. Have you seen Susan Mercer around this echo?
I gave her my netmail address but I think I gave it wrong. I wanted to
talk to her about her secondhand books on tape. I haven't seen her
around but I sometimes don't get time to read the entire echo. If you
have any info, it would be greatly appreciated.
By the way, the mint is not up yet, but I can send you some snow if you
would like. I would like to see you can or make it into a jelly. (smile)
Take care
Barb and Remi
