In W4 I get thumbnails(TN) in a Light Table type directory only, if WPS 
Wiz is NOT installed.  I took a recent W4 installation that did not have 
WPSW and it had TN.  Installed WPSW, no more TN.  Uninstalled WPSW, they 
returned.

eCS has WPSW and TN in every directory.  I am still missing something.
