Yes, Rod, that is correct.  I expect you to provide the appropriate stuff
before I do work for free.  In actual fact, I expect the same level of
detail that I give to a compiler vendor MYSELF when reporting a bug.  ie a
SMALL snippet of code (equivalent of a single-line batch file), and details
of the output, and what I expected the output to be, which shows that their
program doesn't produce the expected results.  And that's for a product I
PAID for.  You can imagine what I think of you expecting me to debug your
fucking batch files and then doing the work for free.  Forget it, I'm not
interested.  It's your responsibility to keep your own house in order, not
mine.
