| subject: | Testing for -Unpublished- |
*Cross-Posted to MAKENL_NG *Cross-Posted to FTSC_PUBLIC So far, I have confirmed the following: Qnode (v2.00) compiles -Unpublished- without Pvt listings without error. BinkleyTerm (2.60/DOS) using a V7 format compiled nodelist by QNode will dial the international modifier, but nothing after that. Since there is no prefix, it considers -Unpublished- to be an international number. Dial translation acts on the prefixes, so dialing the 011 modifier cannot be prevented through dial translation. If one removed the default adding of 011 for all international calls, and manually configured international prefixes one by one, then BinkleyTerm could be prevented from dial attempts on -Unpublished-. FDNC (Frontdoor 2.26 SW) compiles -Unpublished- without Pvt listings without error. The Frontdoor mailer will make no dial attempt when it encounters -Unpublished- in field six. Argus' nodelist compiler (v3.210) compiles -Unpublished- without Pvt listings without error. Argus will make no dial attempt when it encounters -Unpublished- in field six. InterMail's nodelist compiler (v2.50) compiles -Unpublished- without Pvt listings without error. Im will make no dial attempts when it encounters -Unpublished- in field six. Forced polls are changed to Hold. D'Bridge's nodelist compiler (v1.70) compiles -Unpublished- without Pvt listings without error. D'Bridge will make no dial attempts when it encounters -Unpublished- in field six. Forced polls are changed to Hold. --- GoldED/W32 3.0.1* Origin: MikE'S MaDHousE: WelComE To ThE AsYluM!
