HS>The most common and lowest form of scrambling is called Voice

Hey Holger! (And other geniuses out there)
Been thinking about trying to piggyback onto frqs used for telemetering
wildlife... such as Penguins. Seems they have micro-transmitters on the
Penguins and can get signals from them via satellite. Seems to me we can
find a way to use the dead air space while the penguins sleep to relay
messages via satellite between humans. Would be a case of penguins
helping humans. What's wrong with that!!
How do we do it?? Anybody scanned penguins yet?? Not joking. Satellite
receiver and down-trnsmttr are a fact. Can we get up-down frqs and use?
This is really amateur radio stuff... will probably try there later.
