Hi Nancy,

RH> I'm only seeing snow on tv or pictures. (G)
NB> At the moment there's no snow to be seen here.... but the forecast
NB> still calls for snow tomorrow... but probably not much... I'm still
NB> guessing that March will be back to winter...
We went back down to normal temps--50s--overnight. It'll warm up to
almost 80 by Wed, but then go back down for a few days. Still no snow
tho.
NB> RH>> There really wasn't a lot of fat on the piece of beef to cut
NB> off. RH>> Next time I think I'll go with a well marbled chuck roast
NB> or similar. NB>> Yeah, that would probably've stayed moister.... :)
RH> Next time........................
NB> As long as you remember... ;)
And hopefully that time won't be on the front end of health issues. I
was brain fogged while doing some of the cooking for a few days--makes
me glad Steve can take over in times like that.
NB> RH>> in the bag--he got them and a white "chocolate" truffle.
NB> NB>> Yup... I recognize your "non-favorites" there.... ;)
RH> No dark chocolate in the bag tho.
NB> Made it easier to wait until you got them home... ;)
Exactly!
NB> NB>> Chinese takeout tends to be lowest common denominator... takes
NB> NB>> a lot less to keep going that way... ;)
RH> We get something from them every so often, like last Saturday when I
RH> was still feeling pretty lousy. Food tasted good tho, and had enough
RH> for 2 meals.
NB> Sounds like yours is one of the better ones... :)
We've liked them from the time they opened up. Looking around, I've seen
at least one other in town but we've not tried them out. They're (now)
closer, used to be, the other one was closer to where we lived. I guess
we keep going back to the one because we know it's good.

Catch you later,
