the newsletter is posted as sent... period... i post it like that because i
was given specific permission to post it into different networks than it is
originally disseminated in... the header and break lines stay /because/ of
the rules on station identification and because there may be stations which
do (still) read it on the air during their broadcasts...

that's your thing... not mine nor that of the LS_ARRL echo... i assume that
ARN has given you permission to post their newsletter in a modified form?
