Whether you need to call WinRegisterClass() depends upon how you
defined the dialog template. Most 'real' dialogs don't have a client
window area but are just a frame. If you define the template so that
you use the WINDOW keyword to provide a client window class, then you
would have to register that window's class before loading the dialog
because the dialog parser will try to create that client window for you.
