This smells muchly of ACAR.  You'll get the issue next July (if you're
lucky).  Remember, they NEVER said WHICH July :->

I would demand my cash back, for all good reasons.  Especailly if you
subbed to ACAR originally.

I was on the verge of posting my ACAR sub cheque, when a friend warned me
of ACARS fate.

It was muchly good advice he gave me, and saved me $60.
