Quite a few of them care about their independance much more than any
monitary well being. The one's I knew, came to the decision the rat-
race was more than a race... it was a form of financial slavery.
Usually, something has happened to them somewhere along the line to
where they've also never fully gotten over the trauma.
Their values are different than the mainstream. That's why there's so
many negative encounters with them.
