You have some pretty dumb countermen in your area then.  You can get the
real thing at any industrial supply house.  Where they sell marine
supplies, or heavy equipment supplies.
You can also buy substantially the same thing (Weaker of course) at your
local supermarket in the bathroom supply area.  Here in Texas it's sold
as "SANIVAC" and comes in a bright yellow container.  Look on the label,
it says "Contains Phosphoric acid" and sometimes the percent strength.
I use it full strength on car rust, and have used it on everything from
bathtubs (OUTside) to earth movers.  It turns rust (Iron Oxide) to Iron
phospahte (Which is black) and doesn't rust further.  If you're not real
particular you can paint right over the black film.  Lasts a LONG time!
