I saw your test message and am responding.  I am scanning the board
every now and then for information about trees.  I live in the El Paso
County area and I am convinced that about three million trees would do
this area a world of good.  I read several articles about the Chinese
changing the environment around the Great Wall of China and the
unexpected benefits they received when they put up trees as a windbreak
( to protect the Wall from erosion ).  The whole idea continues to
fascinate me and I figure that if I watch this board long enough, I may
come up with some corroborating evidence.  Thanks for being out there
and I look forward to reading any reply you might have time to give me.
