Sorry, no, I miss it as a local call by about that " " much.  It can't be 
more than 2-3 miles outside my local calling area, and so it costs me as a 
'local' long distance call, around $.20/minute.  It is actually cheaper for 
someone to call from out of state then for me to do it. Also, all the 
714-999-xxxx numbers are now 714-781-xxxx numbers as of April.
