Square brackets are a range, so "mon_[h-k].txt" is the same as
listing four files: MON_H.TXT, MON_I.TXT, MON_J.TXT, MON_K.TXT.
A "/[?" where "?" is "s" or "d" or "t" is a file selection range:
del /[s0,500] delete files ranging from 0 thru 500 bytes
dir /km /[t10:00,%_time] show files with times
between ten AM and now
del /[d1-1-98,+30] delete files with dates of this January
And a "!" is exactly the same as a "!" in a plain range, where
"*.?[!aeiou0-9]?" means "any file with a three-letter extension
that doesn't have a vowel or number as the middle character".
So "del /eqyz /[!*.txt,*.fon] *.*" means "delete without
confirmation all files, including hidden/read-only/system
ones, that don't have extensions of TXT or FON".
