I think he asks $50 for it ... something like that.  It has some neat
features.  It's on OS/2 Shareware, CIS (I think) and I'm sure I've seen it
on the Hobbes CD (which means you should be able to ftp it).  If not, email
the author and ask where ...

It has nice feature likes pick-lists, radio buttons and MOUSE SUPPORT!

I wish he would have done this one before I committed to ZTC's tools for my
mail reader.  You can't get ZTC's tools anymore, but John's library is
available.
