Greetings Ed!

RW>> (Note to Ed: See rulz, more specifically, rule 4a.)

EV> I'm not sure how long You have been posting this Note to Me in this
 EV> echo.

First time since I was still thinking about your message to Holgar,
quoting the entirety of what he had said. Which appeared right after a
copy of the rulz were posted before his message.

EV> I read the ARN in the LS_ARRL echo on this BBS that I usually see
EV> posted by Mark Lewis in the .QWK Packet previous to the Packet where
EV> I see the ARN posted by You in this echo.

You don't read the contents of echoes in alphabetical order?

EV> Normally I don't read the ARN that You post since I've already read
 EV> it.

EV> For some reason today I thought to press the End Key to look at the
EV> bottom of the message and saw the rule 4a note to me.

Intuitive...

EV> After I found I saved the Rulz sent on 05-05-2014 I did read it.

I'm not certain, but the rulz are posted here on a weekly basis, along
with the ARN, auto-robotically.

EV> I will have to look to see what message that You noticed where I
EV> Replied to someone and Quoted More than what rule 4a mentions that I
 EV> should.

I'm sure everyone would appreciate that. A lot of people around the
Fidonet community complain about people (not just you) who quote an entire
message without regard to what they're replying to.

The idea is to pick out a part of the post you're replying to and only
quote that with your comments.

EV> I will admit that I do often times quote a lot in my Replies but I
EV> ain't perfect, but one day I will be.

No one is asking you to be a perfectionist, you're about as perfect as
you're going to get right now.

EV> How many more "Note"s will You have to give me before You use the
EV> dreaded Wouff Hong on Me?

Well, the Wouff Hong has been preceeded in its demise about the same time
that Hiram passed his key to the caretaker of the pearly gates. A Whuff
Hanky has replaced it and it's not as dreaded as my Wifflemoredodo..

EV> Or is this the Final Notice???? ??

Final Notice of what?

Question: Have you ever gone through the order of acception procedure of
the Whouff Hong? I have and that's a scary thing to have in your past.

    Have a day!
