One thing I've learnt in this life there is nothing free, not even the 
air you breathe, everything has a price of some sort.  Some prices we 
don't mind paying though.  Like when you help the proverbial little old 
lady across the road, it cost you time, but its time you don't mind 
giving etc.   I know there are many tax effective ways of borrowing, I 
even use some of them, but But someone giving you $100,000 loan interest
free!!!!!  Sorry but your not getting my $5.
