I am not really sure what your wholesaler is smoking... I just saw a review 
of 33.6 modems in a computer magazine (Macuser, march 1997), and two of the 
modems they reviewed were the SupraFAXmodem and the SupraSONIC.  If they were 
going to be discontinued, I doubt that they would have submitted one to be 
reviewed.
