Well put. Masons are very common in Nashville PD, and the adhesion you 
mentioned has the potential of going far beyond the normally adhesive normal 
police "solidarity".
I know of no legitimate Law Enforcement Officers org that has as death threat 
in the oath for revealing secrets or failling to hang with the brother when 
he needs help. I know several Masons but have yet to have knowledge of 
wrongdoing or collusion.It is something to be aware of.
Several investigative reports have made it into cable slots here 
latelydetailing rituals and blood oaths and I understand there is info on 
Internet.
I hastren to point out that sucking up to a Mason Supervisor by entering that 
club has rarely been known to hurt the initiate.
