I checked the pizza pan we use to make our pizza-on-a-Boboli-crust..
it's 12 inches.... I tend to prefer to have a non-tomato sauce on my
pizza, so most of the "normal" pizzas are less preferred... I make a
spinach ricotta pizza, using just spinach, ricotta and Mexican shredded
cheese mix, but often add other stuff like pre-cooked sausage, red
pepper flakes, or whatever catches my fancy... :) It generally ends up
with one or two slices left over for a later lunch or whatever... We
used to get something similar from Wegmans (one of their gourmet
pizzas), that had some sort of an eggplant crumble on top of it... now
that was tasty... I haven't found any source for that, though, nor
figured out how to make something similar myself, to add to our
pizzas... :)
