While it's on a lake, there are no fish. To shallow, freezes all the way to
the bottom. But...I'm only a couple of miles from, depending on the time of
the year, public Salmon/Trout fishing. I have a friend about 30 miles away who
owns riverfront property on the Kenai River and I fish there, Connie and I used
to park the RV there for the summer. It's about 60 miles to Homer for
Halibut/Cod.

It's got a propane stove/oven/furnace and an electric microwave/fridge/hot
water. Connie and I, along with the cat, lived in it for 5 months out of the
year in it (winter). I estimate that I spend almost 3 months in it during the
summer now (add the 5 months down here and I'm beginning to wonder why I own a
house). I had electricity run, a well put in, and a buried 1500 gallon sewage
holding tank. There's a largish "snow shed" that's been built over it, 24X33',
and the RV is in west side of it. The eastern half is finished with picture
windows looking out on the lake. No land-line phone/internet and my cell was
gotten, specifically, with no data plan. It's a phone.
