I sure would like to see more Nodes participating.  But I think this is a

Yeap. Point is that no changes in 13! years now and there are SysOps that
do not seem to care a bit about policy :(   Gosh, policy is an agreement on
how to function. No agreement no rule :(

Believe me, if people see that the effort to give them the agreement in
their own language has been made they at least will _read_ it.

I understand that. However I feel priviledged to be able to communicate in
theis my second language. Not that many people can say the same thing. I'm
a minority. And though English is certainly the language for computers,
more and mores people are coming into this world to use this machines and
their programs. And they do not speak English nor do they have the real
need or plan to learn it.  I see it everyday. That's why I put in my grain
of sand on the matter and dare to insist on it.
