It's a QUE book by Davis Chapman.  
I have only been looking through the Chapter I currently have need to learn 
about 
"Developing SMTP and POP Clients" and am finding the code and info I need. 
The book has a CD with examples and they seem to work fine. It covers most of 
the Internet/Web info most of would need and mentions the RFC documents for 
many of the internet specs for further reference or study. 
From the small portion of the book I have focused on, I would say it is worth 
purchasing.
