The one that is currently marketed by CMD, which was previously produced by
Skyles Electrice Works, has four individual switches on each port to
control +5, Game, Exrom and RomL signal lines.  Hmm, Not cheap tho at $U.S
45.00, plus shipping.  Ivan has one, if you want to have a look at one. For
my money, simpler to build the switches into the C64!
