I really like Winpoint's built-in rot thirteen feature. That's
handy for echos where one may like to post a spoiler, a contest
clue or a punchline.  It's nice not to have to rely on an
internet connection just to decode a string at rot13.com.

I didn't realize until now that it was used by Julius Caesar in  
the 1st century BC.
