The Australian Financial Review's "Shareholder" publication
costs $45 from the ASX library/bookshop in your capital city, or
you can order through a news agent. It covers the top 500 companies.
(plus limited info on the others)
 
There are other, more expensive publications available from the
ASX. 
 
 
The trouble with all these publications is that they're old news
before they're printed. Some of the annual publications can be
still on sale and 15 months out of date.
 
The current issue of Shareholder is the eighth, issued 6 monthly.
