If I was participating in an organized group that used UTC for the time
that was entered in the logs, I would comply.

What I am thinking of is a Civil Defense Ham Station or some such.

For myself, if I ever get back on the air I will continue entering the
Local Time Of Day in my Logs becaise it suits me.

And if I work a DX Station the QSL Card I send to them will show the
Local Time and Date the QSO occured as written in my Logbook.

If whoever judges wheather it is a valid QSL Card for some kind of
award or certificate, I'll leave it up to them if my use of Local Time
and Date is confusing to them.
