Well today I am "awake" for a change... only took two naps today ... and 
right now it is going on 2:00am!  Can you believe it... feast or famine when 
it comes to sleep for this gal... the body is a bit sore right now to move 
but that is "normal" in its own way for this gal!
  I managed to sit back this evening and even do a bit of stitching on my 
quilt that I am doing... these hand quilted puppies are definitly going to 
take a great deal of time to finish... not something I would suggest for the 
unsteady hands that I have ...   It is definitly back to machine quilting 
after these two that I am doing right now are completed!!!
  The blood sugars are maintaining well enough... only a couple of times have 
they dropped off on me... I am watching my diet very closely and Jerry won't 
even let me "smell" something that might cause me trouble... however I am 
able to eat some sweets but definitly in "moderation" right now... and we are 
working on that balance... I am continuing to lose more weight and am down a 
bit further... as of right now I am down 64 pounds since the onset of this 
darn illness .. but I can assure you that I can afford the weight loss 
... I am close to what I was back in high school... !!! and I even have 
bones in my neck again!!!! Now that in itself deserves a round of applause!!!
