Paul, you were raving on about what had to be provided TO YOU for YOU to
work out what was causing that PKT with a wart in it, and YOU cant actually
do that on YOUR system if you cant actually get it to do that on YOUR system.

So you can posture as being the salvation of us all on everything
to do with software if people would only send you want you demand.
Some of us who have been dealing with software since before you are born
have noticed that your claim is tripe, it aint quite that simple boy.

Particularly when you clearly were quite incapable of even being able to
notice that the problem you had with your ZIP backups can be due to other
than an OS fault. Fairly obvious that you dont actually know everything.

Fraid not. What I use every day aint vaporware. I have never said that
I usually bother to put the extra effort into doing a decent effort on
the stuff like the documentation etc to make it viable for others to use,
I quite often dont see its likely to be used enough by enough people to
bother with that extra effort that doesnt actually do a damned thing for me.

Particularly when I have decided that the whole philosophy is wrong having
a stand alone system rather than one completely integrated into the editor.
In those circumstances I just decide that putting the effort into making
that usable by others just aint warranted. If some kid doesnt agree, stiff
shit, no one ever asked for his authorisation on that approach anyway.

to put my time into stuff which isnt such a piece of shit.

But then the other message base software is also a piece of shit too,
tho in this case its the user interface thats a complete heap of shit.
