Dear Rod, RS> Any truth in the rumour that YOU are responsible for the bogus ad in RS> a WA newspaper purporting to be a recall of your oppositions product ? RS> It has a quite remarkable similarity to your obsession with RS> your claims about their purported use of pirated software. Well first where did you hear this rumor?? This is the first I have heard of any such rumor, but I have seen the advert. A copy was faxed to me. It was in the WEST AUSTRALIAN. My information is that it is not a bogus advert. AUSTEL had demanded a recall of some DYNALINK modems. DynaLink Australia was meant to have advertised this fact and to notify all dealers. I did see such an advert in the Financial Review. On the subject of DynaLink Australia shipping pirated software. Are you suggesting that this is not true?? DynaLink Australia have addmited this, they have paid the penalty and have stopped shipping pirated software. The matter is closed.
