Sir,

You need to consult the BinkleyTerm documentation.  The docs explicitly
state that JanusBaud (and BiDiBaud) set the MAXIMUM SPEED for bidirectional
transfers.  This should be set to the highest speed of your modem that is
always full duplex.  The JanusOK (and BiDiOK) verbs can be used to define
situations where the bidirectional protocols will be used at higher speeds.
